Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level HVAC Helper. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry. The HVAC Helper will assist experienced technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems while learning on-the-job skills and techniques. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris and maintaining a safe environment.
• Follow instructions from lead technicians and adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling components under supervision.
• Help with troubleshooting and testing HVAC systems as directed.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior HVAC experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
